OKI Electric Cable Group Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information and Specific Personal Information

OKI Electric Cable Co., Ltd. and its group companies (hereinafter, the "OKI Electric Cable Group") recognize the importance of protecting all personal information and hereby establish the following policy, which we will faithfully implement.

The OKI Electric Cable Group acquires Personal Information and Individual Numbers through appropriate means. The OKI Electric Cable Group builds and continuously improves a management system to protect personal information and Specific Personal Information.

for the disclosure of personal information and for notification of the purpose of use.
Please note that the fee will not be refunded even if the OKI Electric Cable Group does not disclose or notify the purpose of use due to the reasons prescribed by laws and regulations.
Requests for correction, addition, suspension of use, or deletion will, in principle, be handled free of charge.
