Gas escaping from the coating materials of cables used in the clean rooms of semiconductor device manufacturers has been adversely affecting semiconductor products, as well as the lenses used in the production equipment. This PVC low-outgas cable suppresses the problematic gas that escapes from the coating materials of the cable.
