FA cables for moving parts

USB3 Vision Cable

The USB3 Vision standard is an interface standard established by AIA, the U.S. machine vision industry association, for machine vision systems based on the USB 3.0 standard, and it supports high-speed transmission up to 5 Gbps.
We offer a lineup to meet diverse needs, ranging from types for fixed installation to highly durable types for moving parts, as well as optical transmission types suitable for long-distance transmission.

The arrow ➡ indicates the standard transmission distance, and the broken line ■■■ indicates the possible extent of the maximum transmission distance.
The maximum transmission distances vary by device and operating conditions, so please check them through assessment.

For fixed wiring

USB3-T5 series   RoHS

This is the thin and flexible cable with easy handling.

USB3-T8 series   RoHS

This is the standard cable for fixed wiring use.

For movable wiring

USB3-KT5 series   RoHS

This is the movable cable that combines thinness with excellent sliding durability.

USB3-KR1 series   RoHS

With excellent transmission performance, it is suitable for a longer transmission distance.

USB3-AVS series   RoHS

Maximum Transmission distance up to 40m with noise resistance for harsh industrial environments, passing EFT/B test level 4 with the outer diameter of only 4.8mm.

USB3-AVT series   RoHS

Despite its thin outer diameter of 5.8mm, it supports the transmission distance up to 10 m. The optical transmission provides the excellent noise resistance.

USB3-AV series   RoHS

It supports the maximum transmission distance up to 20m. Sliding durability is over 100 million cycles(R=70 mm). The optical transmission provides the excellent noise resistance.
